How, and when, do I pay for my advertising?

Ads must be paid for prior to publication (except for established accounts). We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, checks and cash. Ads received without payment will not be printed.

I'm a non-profit organization. What is my rate for advertising?

Non-profits qualify for our multiple insertion rate. See our rates for more details.

I would like to place more than one ad. How do I get the multiple insertion rate?

Your first ad will be billed at the single insertion rate. Your next ad, if it is placed within a certain time period, will be billed at the multiple insertion rate and you will also receive a credit for the difference on the first ad. Subsequent ads will be billed at the multiple insertion rate.

When is the deadline for placing an ad in the next issue?

The deadline is normally 10 days prior to publication. Consult the Publication Calendar for specific dates. The home page also displays the next deadline.

How do I get the centerfold or one of the covers?

Centerfolds and the covers are reserved for the advertisers that have historically placed ads on them, as long as they continue to advertise in each issue. These special placements do open up from time to time. The centerfold and all cover ads are full color only.
